No. The breathwork in "The Reset" is guided and regulated. It is not an uncontrolled, esoteric practice. You are simply instructed to follow the rhythmic breathing cues. If you can breathe and follow instructions, you are qualified.

The Reset" is a 3-day intensive designed for maximum transformation. Days will be selected based on client availability. Sessions will take place between my private office and private yoga studio.
