My work began in the gap between understanding and change.
On the surface, I had done everything “right”, studied psychology, explored personal development, and understood the patterns behind human behavior.
But despite that awareness, I still found myself repeating cycles of overthinking, inconsistency, and internal resistance.
And I began to realize something important:
Understanding yourself is not the same as changing how you operate.

Most people don’t struggle because they lack insight.
They struggle because their behavior is driven by deeper automatic patterns, formed through repetition, stress responses, and identity conditioning over time.
In those moments, knowledge alone isn’t enough to create change.
You already know what to do.
The challenge is that, under pressure, you don’t always operate from that knowledge.
I help people identify and shift the internal patterns that create inconsistency between intention and action.
My approach combines mindset work with practical regulation tools to help you build more stability in how you think, respond, and follow through.
Rather than focusing only on awareness, we focus on how you actually operate in real situations, especially when things feel uncertain, overwhelming, or high-pressure.
My method is built around two layers:
1. Patterns (Mindset & Identity)
We identify the beliefs, assumptions, and internal narratives that shape how you interpret challenges and make decisions.
2. Regulation (Stress & Behavior)
We work on your ability to stay grounded under pressure so you can act from clarity rather than reactivity.
The goal is simple:
to close the gap between what you know and how you consistently show up
Are you ready to change the pattern?

I don’t believe people are broken or need to be “fixed.”
Most people are operating from patterns that once made sense, but no longer match the life they are trying to build.
My role is to help you see those patterns clearly and support you in building new ways of responding that feel more aligned, stable, and intentional.

This application ensures The Reset is the right fit for your current situation and readiness. Because this is an intensive, results-focused process, I only accept clients who are prepared to actively engage in the work.
My current location is in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
Yes. All sessions can be done virtually.
The Reset is a 3-day intensive designed to help you identify the patterns that keep you stuck, interrupt them in real time, and build a simple system for consistent follow-through under pressure. It combines coaching, breathwork, NLP-based reframing, and guided somatic work to help you change how you respond, not just what you understand.
Each session is a focused 90-120-minute deep dive designed for behavioral change and a nervous system reset. All sessions are scheduled within a 2-week time period.
The Reset is designed for patterns that show up when you’re under pressure, stressed, or trying to be consistent with something important.
Most clients come in dealing with things like:
Starting strong but struggling to follow through
Overthinking decisions and second-guessing themselves
Feeling stuck in cycles of motivation → burnout → reset → repeat
Procrastination that doesn’t feel like laziness, but avoidance under pressure
Knowing what to do, but not doing it consistently
Emotional overwhelm that disrupts focus and clarity
Self-sabotage when things start going well
Most coaching focuses on insight, strategy, or motivation. The Reset focuses on changing the actual behavioral loop that keeps repeating under pressure. Instead of just understanding the problem, we work on interrupting it in real time and building a simple system to replace it.
No. This is coaching and personal development work. While we may work with emotions, patterns, and nervous system regulation, it is not a replacement for therapy or medical treatment.
