People who know they are capable of more, but feel like something internal keeps getting in the way.
You might resonate with one or more of these:
The Individual Who Feels Stuck
You have goals, discipline, and ambition, but you keep hitting the same internal ceiling.
You start strong, but consistency breaks down when life gets stressful.
The Overthinker Who Can’t Break Emotional Patterns
You understand yourself logically.
You’ve read the books, done the journaling, and tried to “think” your way out, but the same emotional loops still return.
The Person Experiencing Burnout, Anxiety, or Internal Tension
You feel like your system is always “on.”
Rest doesn’t fully refresh you, and your body carries stress your mind can’t solve.
The Individual Ready for Identity Change
You feel like there’s a more capable version of you underneath your current habits and patterns.
You don’t need more information; you need a different operating state

The Software:
Identity + Beliefs
Most of what drives your behavior isn’t conscious; it’s automatic.
It’s the set of beliefs you’ve repeated for years about who you are, what you’re capable of, and how life tends to work for you.
At a certain point, these beliefs stop being ideas and start becoming defaults.
So instead of choosing your response in real time, you react from patterns like:
“I’m not the kind of person who follows through consistently.”
“I perform better under pressure, even if it costs me later.”
“I have to figure everything out on my own.”
“I’ll change once things calm down.”
These aren’t just thoughts. They become the lens you operate through. This is why change often feels inconsistent even when you’re motivated or informed.
The Hardware:
Nervous System + Capacity
Your mind can only perform at the level your system can support.
When your stress levels are high, your body is fatigued, or your system is constantly in a reactive state, it becomes harder to stay consistent—even when you know exactly what to do.
In those moments, you don’t operate from clarity. You operate from tension, urgency, avoidance, or overload.
This is why many people stay stuck in cycles of:
Starting strong, then burning out
Overthinking instead of executing
Feeling motivated, then losing momentum
Knowing what to do, but struggling to stay consistent
This isn’t a lack of discipline; it’s a capacity issue.
Your system can only sustain so much internal pressure before it defaults to short-term relief instead of long-term alignment.
Identifying the internal patterns driving inconsistency
Rebuilding identity-based discipline and execution
Regulating emotional and physiological stress responses
Removing friction between intention and action
Creating alignment between who you are and how you operate
You stop relying on motivation to act
You follow through consistently, even under pressure
You make decisions with clarity instead of overthinking
You feel more grounded and in control of your direction
Your behavior begins to match your actual potential
This application ensures The Reset is the right fit for your current situation and readiness. Because this is an intensive, results-focused process, I only accept clients who are prepared to actively engage in the work.
My current location is in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
Yes. All sessions can be done virtually.
The Reset is a 3-day intensive designed to help you identify the patterns that keep you stuck, interrupt them in real time, and build a simple system for consistent follow-through under pressure. It combines coaching, breathwork, NLP-based reframing, and guided somatic work to help you change how you respond, not just what you understand.
Each session is a focused 90-120-minute deep dive designed for behavioral change and a nervous system reset. All sessions are scheduled within a 2-week time period.
The Reset is designed for patterns that show up when you’re under pressure, stressed, or trying to be consistent with something important.
Most clients come in dealing with things like:
Starting strong but struggling to follow through
Overthinking decisions and second-guessing themselves
Feeling stuck in cycles of motivation → burnout → reset → repeat
Procrastination that doesn’t feel like laziness, but avoidance under pressure
Knowing what to do, but not doing it consistently
Emotional overwhelm that disrupts focus and clarity
Self-sabotage when things start going well
Most coaching focuses on insight, strategy, or motivation. The Reset focuses on changing the actual behavioral loop that keeps repeating under pressure. Instead of just understanding the problem, we work on interrupting it in real time and building a simple system to replace it.
No. This is coaching and personal development work. While we may work with emotions, patterns, and nervous system regulation, it is not a replacement for therapy or medical treatment.
